Terms & Condition 1) Booking confirmation: Booking request ( by you ) must be made in writing through Fax, Email, or by Post. Booking confirmation ( by us ) will be done in like manner. FLAMINGO HILL CAMP reserves the right to alter, change, or cancel booking due to circumstances beyond our control. 2) Payment Policy Payment conditions to be agreed upon. Unless the agent has a special agreement with Africa Connections, the agent is required to make full payment prior to final confirmation of the reservations: 3) Default: Default of undisputed payment may result in the agents clients being refused entry to Flamingo Hill Camp until payment is made. 4) Cancellation & Reduction Policy: Cancellation and no show reservations - reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers are subject to cancellation and no show fees as follows: Peak Seasons 0 7 DAYS 100% 8 12 DAYS 50% 15 35 DAYS 25% High/Mid/Low Seasons 0 7 DAYS 100% 8 12 DAYS 50% 15 35 DAYS 25% Block Bookings: Release period of 60 days is applicable. Non compliance will result in cancellation fees as follows. Peak Seasons 15 25 DAYS 50% 0 - 15 DAYS 100% High/Mid/Low Seasons 15 25 DAYS 50% 0 - 15 DAYS 100% 5) Liability & Travel Insurance: Whilst FLAMINGO HILL CAMP accepts all bookings as agents for the clients in respect of all matters relating to accommodation, we will not be liable for any loss, delays, damage, injury or accident arising whilst on tour with us. We therefore request all our overseas clients that they be covered by appropriate Travel & Medical Insurance from their country of origin which must cover evacuation in the event of any fatal injury.
